Sho Mitsui is a dear friend of mine with a very cool story. He's from Japan and works as a Japanese to English translator for a lot of streetwear brands. In addition, he was in a band called Alternative Medicine, and now has a brand of his own called Plastic Lab, where they do really cool custom one-off vehicles and plastic figures.
To add to the full circle moment, he's close friends with Ryan Scott Graham, who was also on the podcast and is in State Champs.
Overall, he's an incredibly kind, excited dude always doing things from a place of passion. For all those reasons it was an honor to have him on.

He’s extremely good at thinking of how to promote music differently and outside of the box, in which he shares some very helpful tips for anyone to use and apply.
Ep. 124: Jim Rota (Musician / Producer) | Do Awesome ShIt
Jim Rota, has had a very successful career in both music and film and production. His band Fireball Ministry got signed back in 1999. They toured way before GPS and social media. Hearing him explain what it was like to get signed back then and how it all happened was awesome.
In addition, he's had a super successful career in film and production! He's worked with Dave Grohl in therapy studios on Sonic Highway and Sound City, plus a a ton of other rad projects.
