Not only does he share a ton of career secrets that will help anyone succeed faster in life, he also shares a ton of very personal life learnings beyond just work.

Steffie Baik is one of the most interesting entrepreneurs I've ever met! She started with a successful career in real estate, then pivoted to entertainment where she now does so much. She's a model, actor, streamer on twitch, and is on the incredible podcast, Fun With Dumb.

My favorite part about this episode is her honesty in the path of discovering what she wants to do. She had a life where she almost didn't chase the creative entertainment side of it, then changed that path.

Lee Shaner is the host and creator of the Kinda Neat YouTube channel and podcast. In addition he raps under the name of Intuition. He's been involved with the the underground hip hop scene for the the better part of two decades.

He joins us this week to bless us with his wisdom on growing podcasts and YouTube channels the right way in addition to telling his incredible come up story.
