Adam Ruehmer is the Director of Digital Marketing at Fueled By Ramen / Elektra Music Group.

He joins this week to share his story of going from being a small town music fan, to working for and touring with Linkin Park, then going to work for Warner Records, and ultimately finding his dream job at Fueled By Ramen and Elektra Music Group.

In addition he shares incredible personal experiences on how he’s dealt with imposter syndrome and gives great advice to anyone trying to make it in the music industry.
